CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY

From time of deposit – November 26, 2012 - $100 per person

November 27 – December 19, 2012 - $550 per person

December 20, 2012 – January 17, 2013 - 50% penalty of cruise fare

January 18, 2013 – Day of Departure: 100% Nonrefundable

All name changes after final payment are subject to applicable fees.

Travel Guard’s Premier Gold Insurance Plan *Highly recommended*

This plan will cover trip cancellation, trip interruption or delay, accident/medical expenses, baggage issues, and more. Rates vary based on age and cost of the cruise. Acceptable reasons for canceling include major medical illnesses, a death in the family, and work-related conflicts, among others.

It will cover all travel expenses including seminar fees if those costs are added into the total coverage policy purchased.
