Life Journeys/Worldview Travel acts only in the capacity of agent for participants in all matters related to transportation and/or all other related travel services & assumes no responsibility, however caused, for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service, including but not limited to that resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, detention, annoyance, delays, or expenses arising from strikes, thefts, pilferage, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, discrepancies or change in transit, over which it has no control. Cost of accommodations & associated services for overnights in route, caused by weather, flight schedules, and other events beyond our control are the responsibility of our clients. It is understood that there is no liability held by Life Journeys/Worldview Travel for any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual injuries incurred by participants before, during or after the trip. You understand that you are voluntarily participating in this event/program and are assuming any and all the risks involved or associated with your attendance and participation.  You agree that you have read and understand the cancellation policy stated above. Any disputes arising out of these tours will be settled by mediation services according to the laws of the State of California. On advancement of deposit to this agency, the depositor agrees to be bound by all of the above stated terms & conditions.
