PORTS OF CALL & CRUISING HIGHLIGHTS

San Diego, California

Sunshine and Fun are business as usual in San Diego. Walk on Coronado Island's sandy beach, take in the elegant streetscapes of the historic Gas Lamp Quarter or have a wild time at the world famous Zoo - widely acknowledged to be among the finest zoological gardens with more than 3,400 rare and exotic animals. Explore La Jolla, a charming seaside town situated high atop the cliffs, and the beach communities of Point Loma. Stroll Balboa Park and then shop 'til you drop at the historic Seaport Village, filled with fascinating shop and galleries.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

A traditional Mexican village inhabited by genuinely warm people, Puerto Vallarta features beautiful beaches, boutique shopping and some of the most picturesque and challenging golf courses.  “PV”, as it is affectionately called, still retains the essence of a quaint fishing village, with its cobblestone streets, red-tiled roofs and bustling market.  Enjoy the afternoon at Bahia de las Banderas with its glistening blue water and powdery beaches.  In the 60’s, the artists, writers and Hollywood stars kept Puerto Vallarta a secret for a long time as their “getaway.”  Enjoy the sights, sounds and fantastic ambience only found in this charming seaport.

Mazatlán, Mexico

Few Mexican destinations are as tranquil as Mazatlán, where it’s perfectly acceptable to find your spot in the sand, order a drink and simply relax as waves roll in. For more adventure, head into the heart of Old Mazatlán where you will find beautifully restored cathedrals and sidewalk cafés.  Enjoy your day shopping, visiting the local art galleries or sightseeing among the colonial buildings.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Located at the southernmost tip of Baja California where the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortés meet at Land’s End, Cabo San Lucas is home to some of the best sport fishing in the world. Explore waters teeming with marine life on a snorkel, dive or kayak adventure.  Or indulge in a short boat trip to see the majestic rock arches, Los Arcos.  Take a whale-watching tour and search for the many different types of whales that migrate toward the warmer tides of the Sea of Cortés.
